OnTopRank runs on a simple principle: we collect what the product needs to work, we explain it in plain language, and your data is never for sale. Here's the whole picture.

1. What we collect

• Account basics: your name, email address, and sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or email).
• What you create: the apps you list, the reviews and feedback you write, proof screenshots you submit, and messages you send to other developers.
• Activity records: installs, reviews, credits earned and spent - the record that keeps the community fair.
• Device & usage data: device model, app events, and crash reports, used for reliability and to protect the community from duplicate accounts and abuse.

2. How we use it

To run the community: matching testers with apps, moving credits, delivering notifications, settling disputes, and keeping the platform honest. Proof screenshots and written feedback may be checked by automated (AI) verification so genuine work is approved in seconds instead of days. We never sell your data, and we never will.

3. What other members see

Your public face on OnTopRank is your nickname, your avatar, and the activity you choose to do - the apps you list and the reviews you leave. Your email address is never shown to other members. Private feedback you send a developer is visible only to them.

4. Emails and notifications

We send emails and push notifications about your own activity - a review arriving, a reply in a conversation, credits moving. You can turn off email notifications in Settings and push notifications on your device, any time.

5. Your controls

• Edit your profile, nickname, and photo whenever you like.
• Delete your account from the app's Settings - this removes your profile and personal data from the product.

6. Where your data lives

Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure and protected by access rules that limit every read and write to the people it belongs to.

7. Changes

If this policy materially changes, we'll say so in the app before the change applies.
